Hello and welcome to my galleries. I have been painting in the watercolor medium for eight years. Workshops with Eric Wiegardt, Frank Francese, Bev Jozwiak, Arne Westerman and Skip Lawerance, have been a privilege to be involved in and have greatly inspired my work. My brother, William Hamilton has been painting fine art most of his life. Bill has been and is a wonderful influence and encouragement to me.
Painting six months of the year plein air is an awesome part of the journey.
Colors and emotions come alive in the outdoor elements. I take my drawings and paintings back to the studio with fresh insight and enthusiasm. White paper and canvas challenge me.
I appreciate all kinds of art. Impressionistic pieces with lots of light play and color, especially draw me in. Landscape to me is a reflection of God's creation. Please enjoy your tour.
